On the occasion of the fifth World Paella Day, its organisers encourage brands, institutions, celebrities and any other entity or person that would like to participate in the official celebration of this event to join our project.

Because if paella is universal, the day we celebrate it must be global.

In this fourth edition there are no official sponsors. On this day we celebrate its internationality. This is why, we invite all paella lovers to collaborate in order to make the #WORLDPAELLADAY 2023 the day in which València shares the paella with the world.
